摘  要:经教学实践、研究发现双节棍的练习具有丰富的教育意义和练习价值,且器材制作简单,学练容易,对锻炼上肢力量,尤其是腕部的力量作用显著,通过双节棍的抓握练习可以锻炼前臂肌群,提高握力素质,是小学生喜爱的运动项目,适合在学校中开展。文章从双节棍相关武术教材中吸取适用于小学生的教学内容,以小学五、六年级学生为主体进行教学实践,研究相关的教学内容、教学方法,进而开发出系统的双节棍校本教材。Abstract: Through the teaching practice, the study finds the nunchaku practice has rich educational significance and practice value, and the equipment is simple, easy to learn to practice, exercise upper limb strength, especially the strength effect of wrist significantly, the nunchaku grip exercise can exercise the forearm muscles, improve grip strength quality, and is the favorite sport of pupils in schools. The study picks teaching materials suitable for pupils learn from the nunchaku related Wushu,teaching pupils of Grade Five and Six to do the study practi e teaching and studies the teaching contents, teaching methods and the development of nunchaku school-based teaching materials.
