摘　　要：根管充填作为一种技术具有多样性和灵活性,其操作流程和规范又是建立在科学理论基础之上的。为了获得理想的充填效果,术者要掌握根管充填的理论知识,熟悉各种充填技术的临床技巧,通过实践提升操作水平。同时,作为临床工作者,应不断学习最新的临床研究成果,获得充分的证据以指导临床决策。The methods of filling root canal just are tech nology, not science. Although its clinical procedures have property of diversity and mobility, its technique development are based on scientific theory. In order to improve the quality of treatment, the clinicians should grasp the essential princi ple, clinical tips and evaluation of all kinds of filling tech niques, and they should also review the clinical trials and evi dencebased medicine about the root canal obturation, whichcould provide current information and strategies for manage ment in the practice.
