摘　　要：根管治疗牙齿的修复并保存终生是一项具有挑战性的工作,有几个关键性因素影响根管治疗牙和修复体长期保存,本文的目的是阐述这些基本原则,另外还涉及桩核的设计、桩道的预备和黏结等相关内容。Restoring endodontically treated teeth and re taining them throughout life remains a challenge. Several fac tors play a key role in the longterm survival of endodontically treated teeth and associated restorations. The purpose of this article is to identify the key principles that affect tooth and res toration survival. The other issues, including post and core de sign, post access preparation and lutings, are discussed.
