山东省新泰市农村居民口腔卫生习惯及就医状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解新泰市农村居民口腔卫生习惯及就医情况,为在当地进行有针对性的口腔健康教育提供客观指导资料。方法参考全国口腔流行病学调查问卷自行设计问卷,于2012年10—12月对新泰市农村各年龄段居民进行现场问卷调查,SPSS13.0统计软件分析数据。结果新泰市农村居民27.42%每天刷牙2次以上,20.33%每次刷牙3 min以上,30.95%每3个月更换牙刷,12.09%偶尔或经常与他人共用牙具,26.37%饭后从不清理口腔;有牙列缺损情况者34.45%已修复;28.57%居民患病后希望到省级或地市级医院进行治疗,35.71%选择县级医院口腔科,34.35%选择乡镇医院口腔科或乡镇私人口腔诊所,1.37%选择游医(如集市摆摊牙医)。结论新泰市农村居民口腔卫生习惯较差,口腔保健知识知晓率较低,就医率较低,现状亟待改进。Objective To provide objective guidance information of targeted oral health education in local area by attain ing the information of oral health behaviors and treatment condition in Xintai rural residents. Methods We designed questionnaire according to the third country oral health epidemiology questionnaire investigation plan, and did question naire survey in Xintai rural residents of all ages in October 2012, then analyzed data by SPSS statistical software. Re suits The rate of rural residents who brushed teeth twice and more every day was 27.42%. The rate of more than 3 min utes in every brush was 20.33%. The rate of toothbrush replacement time less than 3 months was 30.95%. The rate of the phenomenon of sharing mouthwashes with others occasionally or frequently was 12.09%. The rate of residents who never cleared their oral cavity was 26.37%. The rate of restored dentition defect was 34.45%. The choices of residents on pro vincial hospitals or municipal hospitals, country hospitals, township hospitals or private practice, and itinerant doctors ac counted for 28.57%, 35.71%, 34.35% and 1.37% respectively. Conclusion The condition of oral health behaviors is se rious, oral health knowledge awareness is low, and treatment rate is low, so the present situation is in urgent need to be improved.
