摘 要:以某250 mL输液瓶瓶胚为研究对象,建立其注塑成型的有限元模型,采用Moldflow软件进行该瓶胚在注塑成型过程中的流动、冷却和翘曲分析。针对初始方案中出现的缺陷,采用调整保压曲线和模具温度、熔体温度、冷却时间等工艺参数的方法对输液瓶胚注塑过程进行优化设计,使得该瓶胚在最终成型时体积收缩率降低,翘曲变形量减小,无缩痕、飞边缺陷等。通过试模,得到了质量合格的产品。In this study, with 250 mL infusion bottle embryo as the research object, the finite element model of its injection molding was established; the situation of the bottle's flow, cooling and warpage during the injection molding process was analyzed by using the Moldflow software. Aiming at the defects in the initial program, the method was used to optimize the design of the infusion bottle embryo injection process by adjusting the packing curve and other parameters including mold temperature, melt temperature, cooling time, as the result, the volumetric shrinkage rate reduced, warping deformation decreased, sink marks and flash defects disappeared in the final molding. Through the test mode, the qualified products were obtained.
