摘　　要：晒红烟香气浓、劲头大，开发一种具有晒红烟风格特征的造纸法再造烟叶的产品，通过造纸法再造烟叶实现卷烟低焦油、高香气的设计需求和卷烟产品的风格特征差异化。分析泸州白毛3种等级的晒红烟烟叶提取前后及浓缩液的常规化学成分，表现为高氮、高烟碱和低糖的特点。在涂布液中添加不同比例晒红烟烟叶的提取浓缩液，制备一系列造纸法再造烟叶成品，并进行感官质量评吸。结果表明，泸州白毛晒红烟烟叶提取浓缩液的掺配比例1∶7-1∶3为宜；高比例晒红烟涂布液制备的再造烟叶成品能凸显晒红烟风格特征，香气量和烟气浓度较高；而低比例晒红烟涂布液制备的再造烟叶成品，能够保障原烤烟风格特征的同时提高香气量和烟气浓度，改善香气质。其中，泸州白毛晒红烟末级烟叶有较好的谐调性和平衡性。对实现卷烟低焦油、高香气的设计需求和卷烟产品的风格特征差异化有积极作用。Sun-cured red tobacco has high and abundant aroma. A product of paper-process reconstituted tobacco （PRT） with the style of sun-curd red tobacco is developed, which can satisfy the design requirement of low-tar and high-aroma and the style differentiation for cigarette. The routine chemical components of three level sun-cured red tobacco from Luzhou, and extracted sun-cured red tobacco, and concentrated solution of sun-cured red tobacco extract are analysed. The results show that the sun-cured red tobacco is high levels of nitrogen and nicotine, low levels of total sugar and reducing sugar. A series of products of reconstituted tobacco are prepared by coating different proportions concentrated solution of sun-cured tobacco, and their sensory quality is evaluated. The results show that the coating solution is mixed with concentrated solution of sun-cured red tobacco in the ratio of 1∶7 to 1∶3. PRT is with the style of sun-curd red tobacco and high aroma and smoke concentration when high proportion of sun-curd red tobacco in coating solution paper-process reconstituted tobacco. PRT keep the original style while aroma and smoke concentration of are improved, when low proportion of sun-curd red. And the last level sun-cured red tobacco has better harmonization and balance. It is a positive effect for satisfing the design requirement of low-tar and high-aroma and the style differentiation for cigarette.
