摘  要:目的加强助产专业实训师资力量建设,提高助产专业实训的教学效果。方法选择2010级三年制高职助产专业2个班的学生100人为对照班,2011级三年制高职助产专业2个班的学生110人为实验班。对照班采取1名专任教师主讲示教、2名教师协助指导的传统实训方法;实验班采取"团队式指导实训法",即由临床专业教师(3人)、校内专任教师(3人)和专科实验员(2人)、助产学生共同组成实训教学指导团队,共同参与助产专业实训技能培训。结果实验班学生技能考核成绩显著高于对照班(P<0.01);实验班95.5%学生和所有教师对"团队式指导实训法"满意。结论团队式指导实训法能有效弥补实训师资的不足,提升师资素质,培养师生的团队精神,激发学生学习的积极性和创造性,提高实训的教学质量。Objective To enhance the construction of the professional training teachers of midwifery, and to improve the teaching effect of midwifery practice. Methods In the study, 110 midwifery students in the class of 2011 were selected as the experimental class, and 100 students in the class of 2010 as the control class. In the control class, traditional practice training was applied, in which one full-time teacher carried out main teaching, and two other teachers assisted to direct the students. In the experimental class, "group guided practice training" was adopted: three clinical teachers, three full-time teachers of our college, two laboratory assistants and the students constituted practice training group and partook in midwifery training. Results After the training, the ex perimental class achieved obvious progress as compared with the control class(P〈0.01), and 95.5% of students and all of the teachers were satisfied with "group guided practice training" teaching method. Conclusion "Group guided practice training" teaching method can compensate the lack of teachers and promote the teaching quality. It can instill a team spirit in teachers and students and can effectively inspire their creativity. Finally it can enhance the teaching quality of practice training.
