摘 要:目的 探讨工作笔记情景再现案例教学法在手术室新护士培训中的应用效果.方法 对2007~2009年入手术室的37名新护士(对照组)采取传统培训方法,对2010~2012年入手术室的47名新护士(观察组)在此基础上增加工作笔记情景再现案例教学的培训方法.结果 观察组新护士理论、操作考核成绩显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),观察组70.2%~91.5%对工作笔记情景再现案例教学法持肯定态度.结论 工作笔记情景再现案例教学法能提高手术室护士评判性思维能力和沟通能力,并促进其尽快掌握专业技术技能.Objective To explore the application of working notes and scene reappearance case teaching method in training of the new nurse in the operating room. Methods From 2007 to 2009, 37 new nurses (the control group) in the operating room adopted the traditional training methods. From 2010 to 2012, 47 new nurses (the observation group) received the traditional training methods and working notes and scene reappearance case teaching method. Results Scores of theory and skills assessment were significantly higher in observation group than in control group (both P〈0.01). In the observation group, 70.2%-91.5% nurses took a positive attitude toward working notes and scene reappearance case teaching method. Conclusion Working notes and scene reappearance case teaching method can improve critical thinking ability and communication ability of the operating room nurses, and promote them to master professional skills as soon as possible.
