摘　　要：反季栽培食用菌已经有所发展,但是还都是小批量的生产,菇农一般是没有经过市场分析而进行的生产。为了避免盲目的生产,以反季节食用菌栽培存在的问题进行分析,阐述食用菌反季生产的市场前景,为菇农反季生产提供理论分析。The developments have contributed to reverse season edible fungus cultivation, but this is small batch production. The reverse season edible fungus were produced without market analysis. To avoid the blindness of production and provide theoretical analysis, this study analyzed existing problems of reverse season edible fungus cultivation and elaborate the market prospects.
