摘  要:用激光打标机在印有彩色图文的覆铝薄膜预留位置打制防伪图标,需要解决由于印刷与收卷产生的版长差异造成的定位偏移问题。综合运用机械、光、电协同控制可以有效实现精确的版长跟踪定位,完成在柔性膜料指定位置的激光打印。Laser marking machine is used to print anti-counterfeiting icon on the placeholder of aluminum coated film with color text and graphics. It is needed to solve the positioning offset problem caused by the difference in the version long of the printing and re-winding. The integrated use of mechanical,photoelectric collaborative control could be used to achieve accurate version long tracking and positioning effectively,so laser printing on specified location of the flexible film material was completed.
