摘　　要：主要研究自动分拣鸡蛋平台的气动系统,包括自动分拣鸡蛋平台的设计与安装、气动回路设计,并对气动回路中所使用的空气压缩机、减压阀、两位五通电磁阀等元器件进行了选型,并成功连接了气动传动回路。对能吸取有缺陷鸡蛋的气动真空吸盘控制系统进行了研究,分析了气动回路的可行性,结果证明:该气动传动回路设计正确,能把有缺陷的鸡蛋成功吸起并分拣出来。The pneumatic system of the automatic sorting eggs platform was studied mainly,including the design and installation of the automatic sorting eggs platform,the design of pneumatic loop. And air compressor,pressure reducing valve,two position five way electromagnetic valve and other components which were used in the pneumatic circuit were selected. The pneumatic drive circuit was connected successfully. The pneumatic vacuum control system which could draw the defective eggs was studied. The feasibility of the pneumatic system was analyzed. The results show that the designed pneumatic drive circuit is right,and it can successfully suck up and sorting out the defective eggs.
