摘  要:停缸节油技术能够解决内燃机车柴油机长时间空载状态下功率需求、燃油消耗、有害气体排放之间的矛盾。详细介绍了柴油机在0.33,0.5,0.66三种功率比率下的停缸技术下点火控制,给出了工作状态机逻辑图和转换约束条件。研究表明,与柴油机正常模式工作相比,使用停缸节油技术可节约空载燃油20%以上,具有非常好的经济价值。Cylinder deactivalion could solve the contradiction between engine power and fuel economy, and reduce harmful emissions effectively. This paper focuses on the control scheme of variable ratios of cylinder deactivation and control strategy of cylinder deactivation, Three cylinder deactivation modes were given, The control strategy of cylinder deactivation was studied preliminarily. The components and control flow chart of cylinder deactivation control nmdule were designed. Research showed that, compared with conventional engine, application of technology of cylinder deactivation can improve the economy of engine by 20% or more.
