摘  要:本实验以棉花秸秆为主原料制作颗粒饲料,研究水分及玉米粉添加量对颗粒饲料的物理特性、营养成分、棉酚脱毒率和消化率的影响。结果表明,水分调整20%时,颗粒饲料成型率最高,达到97%以上;颗粒饲料的容重为1.426g/cm2,是混合原料的8-9倍。随着玉米粉添加比例的增加,颗粒的容重增加,粉化率降低,温水中分散速度加快,体外干物质消化率提高。颗粒化棉花秸秆的棉酚含量均呈下降趋势,脱毒率均60%以上。The objective of this study to assess different quantity of water and corn flour added to pellet feed made of cotton stalk on physical characteristics ,nutrients, gossypol detoxifieation and digestibility..The Result show that the forming rate of pellets feed added 20% water were more than 97.05%; bulk density of feed pellets were 1.426g/cm3, up to 8-9 times of the mixed raw materials. With the increase the proportion of corn flour, the bulk density increases, spontaneous disperse dicreases, water dissolution rate and digestibilty increases in the pellets feed. After pelleting, the gossypol eonten of cotton strawt showed a downward trend, and the detoxification rate were more than 60%.
