摘　　要：介绍了电子设备热设计的基本要求、目的、传热的基本原则及热量传递的基本方式。详细介绍了抗恶劣环境换热装置的工作原理、设计方案,并与强迫风冷散热方式进行对比,得出抗恶劣环境换热装置的优越性。The article introduces the basic requirement, the purpose of thermal design, basic principle as well as the basic mode of the heat transfer device of the electronic technologic equipment, the working principleis, design of the heat transfer device are desribed in detail, Compared with the heat exchanger of forced air cooling, the supeiority of the heat transfer device is got.
