摘  要:目的探讨在微型移动导管手术方舱内开展经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)的可行性。方法选择3只健康家猪,在方舱内行ERCP,常规造影,置入胆管塑料支架或鼻胆引流管,观察手术时间、影像清晰度及设备环境适应性。结果 3只家猪手术均成功,过程顺利,图像质量好。结论微型移动导管手术方舱具有良好的机动性和较强的自然环境适应能力,战场一线或自然灾害现场应用微型移动导管手术方舱开展胆胰疾病ERCP介入救治具有可行性。Objective To explore the feasibility of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) performed in a miniature mobile catheterization laboratory. Methods Three healthy swines underwent ERCP in a miniature mobile catheterization laboratory, and then biliary tract plastics stents or naso-biliary drainage tubes were inserted with the guidance of routine opacification. The operation time, operation effect, image effect and equipment feasibility were observed. Results The three swines of ERCP were successfully operated on with good images. Conclusion The miniature mobile catheterization laboratory has good mobility and adaptability to the natural environment. It is feasible to perform ERCP in the mobile laboratory under a war time situation or natural disaster situation.
