摘 要:目的探讨S100A9蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达和临床意义。方法收集2010年1月—2013年1月在济南军区总医院妇科就诊并经组织病理学明确诊断的子宫内膜腺癌组织标本60例,子宫内膜上皮内瘤变(EIN)组织标本16例以及正常子宫内膜组织标本14例。采用免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜组织中S100A9蛋白表达情况,观察其与子宫内膜腺癌临床参数的关系。结果在正常子宫内膜组织、EIN组织和子宫内膜腺癌组织中S100A9蛋白的阳性表达率分别为28.57%、75.00%、80.00%,子宫内膜癌组织和EIN组织中阳性表达率均高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。在子宫内膜腺癌组织中S100A9的表达与组织学分化程度和手术-病理分期有关(P<0.05),而与绝经情况、肌层浸润深度和有无淋巴转移无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 S100A9蛋白表达可能在促进肿瘤的恶性转变过程中发挥一定作用,通过检测S100A9蛋白表达水平对子宫内膜癌患者的预后有一定的指导作用,可为子宫内膜癌的早期筛查、病情监测、预后判断提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of S100A9 protein in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods A total of 60 tissue samples of endometrioid adenocarcinoma confirmed by the histopathologic examination during January 2010 and January 2013 were collected, among which there were 16 tissue samples of endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia (EIN) and 14 tissue samples of normal endometrium. SlOOA9 protein expressions of endometrial tissues were detected by using immunohistochemistry method, and the relationship with clinical parameters of endometrial adenocarcinoma was also observed. Results The positive rates of S100A9 protein expression were 28.57% in normal endometrium tissues, 75.00% in EIN tissues and 80.00% in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues. The positive rates of SlOOA9 protein expression in endometrial carcinoma and EIN tissues were significant higher 'than that of in normal endometrium tissues (P 〈 0.05). The S100A9 protein expression was related with the degrees of histological differentiation and surgical-pathologic staging in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues (P 〈 0.05) , but was riot obviously related with menostasia, infiltrating depth of lamina muscularis, no matter there was lymphatic metastasis or not (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion S100A9 protein expression may play a certain role in promoting tumor malignant transformation process. Detection of S100A9 protein level may guide prognoses of patients with endometrioid adenocarcinoma, which can provide theoretical basis for prophase screening, pathogenetic condition monitoring and prognosis judgement.
