摘 要:文章研究了流程型制造企业在生产能力有限、订单过剩情况下的订单选择问题。由于对订单的拒绝会影响自身的声誉,企业可以考虑将订单进行外包。首先将外包、声誉损失、订单选择等结合起来,构建了一个二次0-1整数规划模型,在企业利润最大化下对订单进行选择性的接受。然后,利用LINGO对模型进行检验,结果表明,该模型优于经典的订单选择模型。最后在不同订单排序方法下对模型再次进行验证,分析得出订单最大化利润排序是适用于本模型的最优排序方法。Order acceptance for process production enterprise with limited capacity and order excessive is considered in this paper. Because of the rejection of orders will affect their reputation, enterprise can consider outsourcing orders. First, a quadratic 0-1 integer programming model is proposed to cooperate with the outsourcing, loss of reputation and order acceptance, and the objective is to maximize the enterprise's profit. Then, through random numbers to validate the model, the results show that the model is superior to the classic one. Finally, validate the model with different order sequence; the optimal method of order sequence is maximizing profits, which is verified.
