摘  要:春三月是自然界推陈出新、生命萌发的季节,历代医家在其顺应四时自然变化进行调养的理论中,对于春季养生尤为重视,文章从春季养生的理论渊源开篇,分述了春季调养肝脏、食宜少酸增甘、春畅情志、适度养阳、敲打肝胆等春季养生实践。The spring brings forth the new through the old life sprouting season, in past dynasties it conforms to the four natural changes are nursed back to health theory, especially for the spring of health. This article was wrote from the theoretical origin of opening in spring, the spring to liver, food should be less acid by gan, spring emotion, yang, moderate beat the courage in spring practice.
