摘 要:用户体验在提高产品和服务价值方面有重要应用。在现有用户体验模型的基础上,结合网络应用的用户体验特征,对用户体验蜂窝模型进行了适当补充和细化,总结构建了以价值为核心,包含可用性、易寻性、可获取性、有用性、可靠性、满意度、交互性和智能性8个网络体验主特征和23个子特征的网络体验模型,为解决网络应用中用户体验的相关问题提供了理论参考。同时,也提出了网络体验模型在有关网络应用的使用调查研究方面具有很高的应用价值。User experience has important application value in improving products and services. Based on the existing research results of UE model and combined with the feature of web application user experience, supplements are made for the user experience honeycomb model. Take value as its core, the newly-buih UE model contains eight main features and twenty-three sub-features. The eight main features includes: usability, findability, accessibility, availability, reliability, desirability, interaction and intelligence. The UE model provides theoretical reference for the solution of problem concerning user experience in the web application. Meanwhile, the study shows that the UE model is of high value in the use and investigation of web application.
