摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化程度的深入,地方普通高校生源结构和特点发生显著变化,学生学习水平、学习能力的差异化以及学习需求的多样化日益突出,学生学习动力不足、投入不足和自主性不强的状况普遍存在,如何培养学生成长成才已成为社会普遍关注的问题。以北京联合大学为例,探索建立学生学习支持服务体系,适应高等教育形势的变化,促进不同层次学生的成长成才。With the degree of popularization of higher education gradual deepens, structures and characteristics of local college students significantly changed. The learning of students, learning ability differences and diverse learning needs have become increasingly prominent. The students lack of learning motivation, lack of investment and lack of autonomy are relatively common. How to cultivate students to grow up to become popular issues of social concern. Taking Beijing Union University as an example, explores the establishment of student learning support service system, and adapts to change in the situation of higher education, in order to promote the students＇ growth.
