摘　　要：p53是乳腺癌中研究得最为广泛的基因,它的功能与乳腺癌发生、发展有密切关系,p53与很多因子,如雌激素受体、p53凋亡刺激蛋白2、Noxa蛋白、ras基因以及人类表皮生长因子受体2共同作用,研究这些因子与乳腺癌和p53的关系,消除这些因子对p53的抑制作用或者增强它们对p53的刺激作用,对乳腺癌治疗有巨大作用,为研究通过联合用药治疗乳腺癌提供了理论基础。p53 is the most widely studied gene in breast cancer,its function is closely related to breast cancer development, p53 has a close relationship with a number of factors, such as ER, ASPP2, Noxa protein, ras gene and HER-2. The study of these factors and breast cancer and p53, to eliminate these factors on the inhibition of p53 or enhance their stimulating effect, is important for the treatment of breast cancer, which provides a theoretical basis for the combination medication treatment of breast cancer.
