摘　　要：全媒体时代引发教育教学变革,资源建设思维模式与运作路径也当与时俱进。该文通过对全媒体资源建设概念及内涵的理解,结合时代特征和实践经验,围绕"四位一体"的资源建设观,提出了"引导理念全媒体化、呈现介质多媒体化、信息内容高共享化、应用模式跨平台化"的全媒体资源建设模式,并从更新观念、完善设施、重构平台、拓展应用、创新机制等五个方面阐述资源建设方略,以期推进全媒体时代资源建设与服务能力的提升,进而为学习型社会建设提供必要的资源支撑。The omnimedia era has aroused educational and teaching reform. Meanwhile, the thinking mode and operation of resources construction should also advance with the times. Based on the understanding of the concept and connotation of omnimedia resource construction, together with the characteristics of the times and practical experience the paper tries to put forward an omnimedia resource construction mode in a ＂four-in-one＂ view. It features as guiding philosophy of omnimedia, multi-media presentation medium, high sharing of information content and cross-platform application mode. Furthermore, the paper states the omnimedia resource construction strategies from five aspects of renewing ideas, improving facilities, reconstructing platform, expanding applications and innovating mechanisms Consequently, it would make a contribution to the construction and service ability of resources and provide a necessary support to the construction of a learning society
