摘  要:对电器电磁机构进行准确的动态测试是电器优化设计的基础。由于电器电磁机构动态过程的复杂性及受研究方法、测试技术和条件的限制,过去对电器电磁机构动态特性的测试是二维的,而三维图像具有空间真实感,能够更全面、真实地反映电磁机构的动作过程,因此有必要对电磁机构进行三维动态测试。利用两面成一定角度的平面镜与1台高速摄像机相结合组成虚拟双目视觉测试系统,提出利用光学非接触式三维测试方法对电器电磁机构进行三维动态特性测试。采用虚拟双目视觉的原理,标定了高速摄像机的内部参数和外部参数,利用三维重建描绘出了磁保持继电器衔铁的三维动态特性曲线,通过3D测试验证了方法的可行性。提出的基于Image-Pro Plus图像处理的特征点检测和提取方法,极大地简化了立体匹配的约束条件和算法难度。Accurate dynamic test for electromagnetic mechanism is the basis of optimal design of electrical appara-tus. Due to the complex dynamic process of electromagnetic mechanism, and the limitation of research method, test technique and conditions etc. , dynamic characteristic test of electromagnetic mechanism was two-dimensional in the past. However, three-dimensional image with spatial reality can reflect the action process of the mechanism more comprehensively and truly. Therefore it is necessary to carry on the three-dimensional dynamic test. A virtual bin- ocular vision measurement system which consists of two plane mirrors with certain angle and a high-speed camera is built in this paper. An optical non-contact three-dimensional test method is proposed to research the three-dimen- sional dynamic characteristic of electromagnetic mechanism. The internal and external parameters of the high-speed camera are calibrated based on the theory of virtual binocular vision, and the movement curves of magnetic latching relay armature are described after three-dimensional reconstruction. The feasibility of the method is verified by 3D test. The method of feature point detection and extraction based on the Image-Pro Plus image processing proposed in this paper can greatly simplify the stereo matching constraints and algorithm difficuhy.
