基于企业家决策过程的开发区生产函数研究

摘　　要：国家级开发区在推动经济发展、促进研究开发和技术创新、创造就业、人才培养、吸收外资、引进技术、技术扩散、产业集群、扩大出口、企业家精神形成和制度创新方面具有重要的地位。文章探讨了开发区与经济增长的关系;结合开发区的产出为多种品种和多种质量的产品和服务构造了开发区生产函数;构造了反映企业家决策随机因素的开发区生产函数。State-level development zones have an important position in promoting regional economic growth, formatting entrepreneur human capital and innovating system. Development zone also has a strategic role in China; it is an effective way for Chinese enterprises to participate in international market competition. The inputs of the production function is discussed. The production process of the development zone is quantitatively analyzed, proces- ses including the making decisions procession of the entrepreneur about configuration resources to enterprises in or- der to promote enterprise developing more products and services, and continuously improving the quality of products and services. The production function of the development zone is constructed by reflecting the random factors in the decision of entrepreneurs.
