复方多西环素缓释凝胶治疗实验性牙周炎的骨计量学研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方多西环素缓释凝胶对实验性牙周炎大鼠附着丧失和牙槽骨吸收的治疗效果。方法选纯种Wister大鼠80只,随机分为4组各20只,N组不予任何处理,其他组制作牙周炎模型后,P组不予治疗,C组以甲硝唑棒治疗,T组以复方多西环素缓释凝胶治疗。治疗4周后处死动物,取上颌标本进行组织学观察。结果 T组结缔组织附着丧失量、牙槽骨高度丧失量和破骨细胞计数均明显小于P组和C组(P均<0.05),成骨细胞计数均明显大于P组和C组(P均<0.05)。结论复方多西环素缓释凝胶可以抑制实验性牙周炎结缔组织附着丧失和牙槽骨吸收,并能促进牙槽骨形成。Objective It is to observe the effect of compound doxycycline sustained-release gel on attachment loss and alveolar bone loss in experimental periodontitis rats. Methods 72 pure-bred Wister rats were randomly divided into four groups： normal group （group N） , periodontitis group （group P） , positive control group （group. C） , and test group （group T）. After periodontitis model were established, the rats in four groups were treated accordingly for 4 weeks and were killed l week after treatment. The maxillary model was taken to conduct histological observation. Results The loss of connective tissue attachment, the loss of alveolar bone height and the osteoclasts number in group T were significantly lower than that in group P and group C （ all P 〈 0.05） , and the osteoblasts number in group T was significantly increased than that in group P and group C （all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound doxycycline sustained-release gel can prohibit the attachment loss of periodontitis connective tissue and the alveolar bone loss, whilst accelerate ossification of alveolar bone.
