云香复合胃痛胶囊治疗慢性浅表性胃炎模型大鼠的疗效及机制研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究云香复合胃痛胶囊治疗实验性慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)大鼠的疗效及作用机制,为临床治疗CSG的应用提供依据。[方法]采用水杨酸钠及饥饱失常法建立CSG大鼠模型,造模成功后,除正常组外,抽取50只随机分为5组,观察大鼠幽门括约肌组织中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的变化。[结果]模型组大鼠幽门括约肌组织NOS、AchE活性显著高于正常组,各治疗组明显低于模型组(均P<0.01)。[结论]云香复合胃痛胶囊对CSG有较好的治疗作用,并对胃黏膜有修复和保护作用。[Objective]To investigate the curative effects and mechanisms ot Yunxiang Fuhe Weitong （YFW） capsule in treating Wistar rats with chronic superficial gastritis （CSG）. [Methods]Experimental CSG Wistar rat model was induced by natrium salicylicum while exposed to famine, gorge, fatigue and wea- ry. After getting the model,fifty rats were chosen and divided into 5 groups to detect nitricoxide synthase （NOS） activity of musculi sphincter pylori and acetyl cholinesterase （AchE） activity [Results]The enzyme activity of NOS and AchE in model rats was obviously higher than normal rats, while NOS and AchE ac- tivity in treatment group was remarkably lower than that of model group （P〈0.01）. [Conelusion]YFW capsule is effective for chronic superficial gastritis by protection of gastric mucosa
