摘　　要：宗族是近代农村社会关系的基本单位。通过对一系列关于伪造宗族文书个案进行考察与分析,从不同维向探寻司法实践与传统文化互为表里的关系,呈现民国司法与民国社会、政治、经济和文化等多维层面特征。The palriarchal clan was the basic unit of the rural society relation in modern history of China. The study of the forgery of a series of patriarchal clan document helps to find the relationship between the juridical practice and the tra ditional cuhure m many dinlensions as well as the muhi -dimensional features of judge, society, politic, economy and culture in the time of the Republic of China.
