红外经纬仪内同步误差检测与时延修正方法

摘  要:针对红外经纬仪在非稳定跟踪条件下数据误差较大、无法正常使用的难题,提出了一种外场检测分系统间同步控制关系的方法。该方法利用定点正弦检测解决了编码器锁存时刻与红外相机作用时刻的同步一致性问题,得到了相机积分时刻与编码器数据锁存时刻的修正函数;利用高速相机与红外相机同轴、同步拍摄和特征点外定标数据处理方法,得出了红外相机在不同参数设置情况下,积分时刻与B码时间之间的函数关系;通过动态修正各分系统的时间延迟,实现了红外经纬仪在非稳定跟踪测试过程中各分系统间的真正同步,确保了在非稳定跟踪条件下红外经纬仪的数据精度。实验结果表明,该方法科学、准确,可进一步提高红外经纬仪的动态测量精度。Focused on the problem that when infrared theodolite is used under the unsteady tracing state, big errors occur and the data cannot be used, a new detecting method on how to test and amend the infrared theodolite subsystems′ sync control is proposed. The method can get amendment function between locking time of encoder and shooting time of infrared camera by using fixed point sine measurement. By the way of characteristic point and external calibration, the time relationship of different parameters between shooting time and B-code time can be tested with a coaxial, synchronous high speed camera which is used at the same time. Because the delay time of subsystems is amended dynamically, real synchronization of infrared theodolite subsystems can be achieved and the data precision is assured. Test result shows that the method is scientific and correct, and the test precision of infrared theodolite is improved greatly.
