摘　　要：肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体 (TNF relatedapoptosisinducingligand ,TRAIL)属于肿瘤坏死因子家族 ,可激活肿瘤细胞的凋亡。本文介绍了TRAIL的结构与功能 。TRAIL (TNF related apoptosis inducing ligand) belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) cytokine family ,can induce apoptosis in a wide variety of tumor cell lines. This review introduces research progress on TRAIL from several aspects: the structure and function of TRAIL, the pathway of its inducing apoptosis, TRAIL and cancer treatment, and its foreground.
