多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法收集2011年1月至2012年12月在我院治疗的17例晚期胃癌患者,所有患者均接受多西他赛(75 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天)+顺铂(20 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1～4天)化疗,21 d为1周期,共2～6个周期。结果总反应率17.6%,有效率58.8%。无药物相关性死亡事件发生,主要3/4级毒副反应为白细胞减少(11.8%)、恶心呕吐(17.6%)及脱发(58.8%)。结论多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌是可行的,其疗效肯定、毒副反应可耐受。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Method 17 cases of advanced gastric cancer were collected in our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 De- cember. All patients were treated with docetaxel （75 mg/m2, intravenous drip, the first day） plus cisplatin （20 mg/m2, intravenous drip, from the I st day to the 4th day） chemotherapy, with 21 days in one cycle, and a total of 2 - 6 cycles. Results The total re- sponse rate was 17. 6%, with the effective rate of 58. 8%. No drug -related death occurred, the side effects in the 3rd and 4th were neutropenia （11. 8% ）, nausea and vomiting （ 17. 6% ） and alopeeia （58. 8% ）. Conclusion Docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is feasible, with its positive effect and tolerable toxicity.
