绩效考核对提高整体护理质量的效果观察

摘  要:目的探讨实施绩效考核对提高整体护理质量的效果。方法制定本科室的绩效考核方案及具体的绩效考核标准,考核成绩与当月奖金挂钩,把2011年6月至2012年5月未实施绩效考核前与2012年6月至2013年5月实施绩效考核后的护理质量、病人健康教育知识掌握程度、护理投诉例数、病人的满意度进行比较。结果实施绩效考核与未实施绩效考核前的护理质量及患者对健康教育掌握程度比较,经统计学分析,P<0.05,有统计学意义。护理投诉例数明显减少,病人的满意度明显提高。结论实施绩效考核可充分调动护士的积极性,有效地促进护理质量的提高,提高了病人的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of implementing the performance appraisal on improve the overall quality of care. Methods Developing a performance appraisal program and standards of our department, and the distribution of bonus according to the assessment results. Compare the quality of care, status of health knowledge grasping, number of complaint and the degree of satisfaction of patients before (June2011 to May2012 ) and after( June2012 to May2013 ) the application of performance appraisal. Results The quality of care, status of health knowledge grasping improved significantly after the application of performance appraisal ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And the number of complaint decreased, the degree of satisfaction of patients increased. Conclusions The implementation of performance appraisal could enthusiasm mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, and helpful for promoting the quality of nursing, improve the degree of satisfaction of patients.
