摘 要:采用乙醚和石油醚提取出配方乳粉中的油脂,以C51:0为内标,通过带有多模式进样口进样器及氢火焰检测器的气相色谱仪对其中的1,3-二油酸2-棕榈酸甘油三酯进行定量分析。结果表明,在本方法的色谱条件下,配方乳粉的1,3-二油酸2-棕榈酸甘油三酯能与其他C52系列脂肪酸组分很好的分离,方法重现性良好,RSD为2.93%,回收率为92.4±4.5%。该方法准确可靠,可准确测定配方乳粉中OPO的含量。Establish quantification determination method for 1,3-Dioleoyl 2-palmitoyl triglyceride (OPO) in infant formula in order to meet the requirement of the product and to supply technical support for guarantee the infant formula safety. OPO in infant formula were extracted by ethyl ether and petroleum ether, and then OPO was determined by gas chromatography (GC) equipped with multimodal injector (MMI) sample injector and FID detector with C51:0 as internal standard. The results showed that OPO was separated from other C52 compounds very well under the GC condition. The reproducibility of the method is good, the relative standard deviation was 2.93 % and the recovery was 92.4±4.5%. The method was accurate and stable to determine the concentration of OPO in the infant formula.
