摘　　要：目的:探讨应用可摘局部义齿一次性咬合重建修复牙列重度磨耗伴缺损的可行性。方法:对17例牙列重度磨耗伴缺损的患者采用牙合垫式可摘局部义齿行一次性咬合重建,治疗后1个月、3个月和6个月复诊,调查患者主观感觉、咀嚼效果、义齿稳定性;以及是否有颞颌关节不适。结果:患者咬合升高1.5mm-2.5mm。随访6个月,患者无不适,咀嚼功能改善明显,对义齿的美观和功能都满意。结论:对于牙列重度磨耗伴缺损的病例可以尝试应用可摘局部义齿进行一次性咬合重建修复。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of reconstruction with removable denture for the vertical dimension and missing teeth simultaneously for the patients suffered from serious attrition with dentition defect.Methods:Seventeen patients of serious attrition with dentition defect were treated with occlusal splint removable denture in a complete oral reconstruction.After one month',three months' and six months' follow up,the feelings of the patients were reviewed.The retention and stability of dentition,masticatory function,and TMJ were examined.Results:Vertical dimension was increased by 1.5~2.5mm.The masticatory efficacy of the patients was obviously improved;the patients were satisfied with both esthetics and function of the prosthetics in six months' follow up.Conclusion:Occlusal splint removable denture was proved to be have a good effect in a short time for the treatment of serious attrition with dentition defect.
