摘　　要：目的：通过检测新辅助化疗前后乳腺癌CXCR4的表达水平．了解新辅助化疗对CXCR4表达的影响。方法：我院2011～2012年行新辅助化疗的80例乳腺癌患者化疗前肿瘤原发灶空心针穿刺活检及术后病理石蜡标本，利用EnVision免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织中CXCR4的表达水平，比较新辅助化疗前后CXCR4水平的变化。结果：68例CXCR4表达水平减弱，12例表达水平无改变，新辅助化疗后的CXCR4表达水平较化疗前明显减弱（P〈0．01）。结论：新辅助化疗可显著降低乳腺癌CXCR4的表达水平。Objective：To evaluate the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on expression of CXCR4 by detecting expression levels of CXCR4 in breast cancer before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Method：80 cases received neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital during 2011 to 2012 were selected for this study. Paraffin-embedded pathological specimens from core needle biopsy on primary tumor before treatment and postoperative specimens were collected. The expression level of CXCR4 in breast cancer was detected with En Vision immunohistoehemical technique. The changes in expression levels of CXCR4 before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were compared. Results： After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, expression levels of CXCR4 of 68 cases were weakened, 12 cases were changeless. The expression level of CXCR4 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was significantly weaker than before neoadjuvant chemotherapy （P〈0.01）. Concluslon：The expression level of CXCR4 in breast cancer is weakened significantly by neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
