拓展训练在临床护士培训中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了拓展训练应用于临床护士培训的实践与效果.2012年对106名临床护士分批进行为期2d的拓展训练,通过个人与团队多项挑战项目的训练,86.79％～98.11％的参训护士自我评价在集体参与、潜能发挥、挑战困难、人际关系建立等方面都有明显提高.认为拓展训练能有效提升临床护士的人文素养,有助于高效团队的构建.This paper introduced the practice and effects of development training in nurse training. Totally 106 clinical nurses participated in the two-day development training. Most of the nurses（ranged from 86.79% to 98.11%） reported significant improvement in team participation,potential stimulation,coping with challenges and interpersonal relationship. It is suggested that the development training can effectively improve nurses＇ humanistic quality and contributes to the construction of high efficiency team.
