摘　　要：结合中国石化集团公司安庆分公司Shell粉煤气化装置长周期运行的实际情况,总结了SCGP长周期运行经验:强化煤质管理、采用气化炉相对低温操作模式、组织装置的检修、优化操作窗口、健全攻关体制以解决突发故障、建立五位一体维护体系等,分析了SCGP长周期运行中存在的问题,并提出了后续处理建议。The experience of the long-term operation of the Shell pulverized coal gasification plant （SCGP） was summed up based on the actual long-term operation practice of the Shell gasifier in the SINOPEC Anqing branch. The ex- perience can be boiled down to the following： strengthening the control of the coal quality, optimizing the action pane, im- proving the constitution of research, establishing a ＂mechanical, electrical, instrumental, administrative and operational＂ five-in-one integrated maintenance system, etc. The problems existed during the long-term operation period were ana- lyzed and suggestions on corresponding improvement were suggested.
