摘 要:目的探讨实弹演习火炮打击后,不同位置掩体保护下兔脑组织病理及NMDA-R1表达的变化。方法闽南山地团进攻演习,30只实验兔随机分为空白对照组,反角隐蔽组和迎面隐蔽组。火炮打击应激损伤后6 h,各组存活兔取脑组织,观察其病理损伤形态学及NMDA-R1表达的变化。结果与空白对照组比较,反角隐蔽组和迎面隐蔽组NMDA-R1表达强阳性,脑组织结构层次被破坏,神经细胞变性坏死,间质出血;迎面隐蔽组NMDA-R1免疫反应强度亦高于反角隐蔽组。结论火炮打击后兔脑组织应激损伤反应强烈,反角掩体保护能够减轻脑组织损伤,NMDA-R1参与脑组织损伤病理过程。Objective To study the NMDA-R1 expression and pathology on injury brain tissue in rabbits hidden in different positions of blindage after real artillery attacking in battlefield. Methods 30 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, blank group, reverse hidden group and frontage hidden group in mountain regiment artiUery attacking maneuver at southern of Fujian. The NMDA-R1 expression and pathology on injury brain tissue in rabbits were observed and recorded in 6 hours after injury. Results Compared with the blank group, the NMDA-R1 expression in reverse hidden group and frontage hidden group were strong positive, brain tissue structure were destroyed, nerve cells degeneration necrosis and brain tissue interstitial hemorrhage. Tthe NMDA-R1 expression in frontage hidden group were stronger than reverse hidden group. Conclusion The stress injury response is very strong in rabbits attacked by artillery, reverse blindage protection can reduce degree of brain tissue injury, NMDA-R1 participates in brain tissue injury pathological process.
