摘　　要：财经类高校特别适合于培养物流管理专门人才。文中通过对国内48所公立财经类高校的调查分析发现,这些高校在人才培养目标、培养规格、培养途径、课程设置、实践教学等方面存在一些普遍性问题,基于此提出构建模块化专业课程体系、创新实践教学模式、培养"双师型"教师队伍等人才培养模式的创新措施,以求培养出社会所需的物流专用人才。The finance and economics universities are particularly suited to cultivating logistics management talents.This paper,through the survey and analysis of 48 domestic public colleges and universities,finds some common problems existed in the aspects of training objectives,training standard,training ways,curriculum provision,practical teaching and so on.In order to cultivate social needed logistics management talents,some innovation measures of talent training mode are proposed,including building modular professional curriculum system,improving practice teaching mode,training more double-quality teachers and so on.
