摘　　要：根据工业工程专业人才培养目标和特点,对工业工程专业生产实习教学环节存在的问题进行了分析,以培养学生的实践能力和创新能力为导向,对生产实习教学环节进行了改革与实践,使学生在实习过程中有针对性的学习,激发学生学习的积极性和主动性。教学实践表明,这种生产实习教学方法能够培养学生的实践能力、创新能力、团队协作能力,提高生产实习的教学效果。According to the talents training goal and characteristics of industrial engineering specialty, the problems in the production practice teaching are analyzed. Orienting at cultivating students＆#39; practice ability and innovation ability, we carried out production practice teaching reform to stimulate students＆#39; enthusiasm and initiative, so that they can learn with specific goal in the process of practice. Teaching practice indicates that the production practice teaching method can cultivate students＆#39; practice ability, innovation ability, and team cooperation ability, and improve the teaching effect of production practice.
