烟用水基胶中柠檬酸三丁酯和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的GC/MS测定

摘　　要：为测定烟用水基胶中的柠檬酸三丁酯（TBC）和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯（ATBC），分别用正己烷、环己烷、乙醚、异辛烷进行了萃取烟用水基胶中TBC和ATBC试验，并采用气相色谱一质谱（GC／MS）／选择离子监测（SIM）法测定了烟用水基胶中的TBC和ATBC。结果表明：①以正己烷为萃取溶剂，0．3g胶样中加入2mL水，萃取体积10mL，振荡30min萃取效果较好。（②方法线性关系良好，线性相关系数均大于0．99；TBC和ATBC的检出限分别为O．26和0．20μg／mL；回收率和RSD分别为96％～107％和3．93％～4．12％。该方法适用于烟用水基胶中TBC和ATBC的测定。In order to determine the tributyl citrate （TBC） and acetyl tributyl citrate （ATBC） in water-based cigarette adhesives, TBC and ATBC in the adhesive were extracted with n-hexane, cyclohexane, ethyl ether and 2,2,4-trimethylpentane, respectively, and then determined by GC/MS under selected ion monitoring mode. The results showed that： 1） The optimal extraction conditions were 2 mL of water mixed with 10 mL of n-hexane （solvent） and 0.3 g of adhesive sample, and the mixture was oscillated for 30 minutes. 2） The calibration curves of TBC and ATBC exhibited good linear relations （R2〉0.99） with the limits of detection of 0.26 and 0.20μg/mL, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 96% to 107% with the relative standard deviation （RSD） of 3.93% to 4.12%. This method is suitable for the analysis of TBC and ATBC in water-based cigarette adhesives.
