摘　　要：以中国学术期刊全文数据库为数据源,对文献进行计量统计,通过对论文年代分布和数量分析、期刊载文情况和科研项目进行分析研究,梳理目前国内图书馆绩效管理研究脉络,分析研究现状和不足,最后提出四个方面的研究结论,并指出高职院校图书馆绩效管理研究的必要性。Based on CNKI database, this paper makes an analysis of the reference statistics of library performance management in China by age distribution, published years, number of papers and research fields distribution. This paper summarizes library performance management research in China, so as to provide reference for further research and development. It also points out four research conclusions and the necessity of performance management for the vocational college libraries.
