摘  要:采用活性染料对大豆蛋白/牛奶酪素蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维(简称双蛋白纤维)进行染色.探讨了染色温度、时间、纯碱和氯化钠用量等对上染率和固着率的影响,比较了双蛋白纤维和大豆蛋白纤维的染色性能,分析了活性染料对双蛋白纤维的提升性能.结果表明,中温型活性染料的最佳染色工艺条件为:纯碱1 ~2 g/L,氯化钠20 ~ 40 g/L,60℃染色60 min以上;高温型活性染料的最佳染色工艺条件为:纯碱0 g/L,氯化钠20 ~ 40 g/L,80 ~ 90℃染色60 min以上;活性染料对双蛋白纤维的上染率和固着率均高于大豆蛋白纤维,且活性染料对双蛋白纤维染色的提升性较好.Reactive dyes were applied to dyeing of soybean/casein/polyvinyl alcohol blend fibers (short for double protein fibers). The influence of dyeing temperature, dyeing time, dosage of sodium carbonate and sodium chloride on dye up-take and color fixation was studied. The dyeing performance of double protein fiber and soybean protein fiber were compared. The build-up properties of these dyes were also discussed. The results showed that the optimal process of medium temperature reactive dyeing of double protein fiber was sodium carbonate 1 -2 g/L, sodium chloride 20 -40 g/L, and dyeing at 60℃ for more than 60 min; the optimal process of high temperature reactive dyeing of double protein fiber was sodium carbonate 0 g/L, sodium chloride 20 -40 g/L, and dyeing at 80 to 90 ℃ for more than 60 min; the dye up-take rate and color fixation rate of double protein fiber were higher than those of soybean protein fiber under the same dyeing conditions. The build-up of reactive dyes on double protein fibers was good as well.
