海上随机风速作用下风力机叶片动力响应分析

摘  要:通过自行编制的Davenport风谱程序建立了更加贴近实际工况的风场,以UG建立的叶片三维实体模型为研究对象,对海上随机风速作用下风力机叶片的位移和应力响应进行了数值模拟与分析.结果表明:叶片最大挥舞振幅及其承受的最大Mises应力均随平均风速的增加而增大;最大挥舞振幅沿翼展方向呈非线性增大趋势,并在叶尖处达到振幅最大;最大Mises应力出现在叶片中部靠近前缘的位置,而在叶根和叶尖部位相对较小.The actual working wind filed was established by using the self-designed program of Davenport wind spectrum, and the displacement and stress response of the wind turbine blade under offshore random wind speeds was numerically simulated and analyzed on the basis of 3D blade solid model built by UG software. Results show that the maximum flapping amplitude and the maximum Mises stress of the blade both increase with the increase of the average wind speed; the growth trend of the biggest flapping amplitude for the whole blade is nonlinear along the wingspan and the tip amplitude reaches the maximum; and the max Mises stress appears near the leading edge in the middle part of the blade, and the root and tip parts are relatively small.
