摘　　要：目的分析西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员工作满意度现状,为西部民族地区基层卫生人力的稳定和发展提供参考依据。方法通过整群抽样的方法对西部民族地区255名基层卫生技术人员进行问卷调查,并对其中部分卫生技术人员进行深入访谈,用SPSS软件描述与分析满意度相关指标。结果西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员满意度中得分最高的是人际关系,其次是工作环境和单位管理制度的得分较高,个人专业发展和报酬等得分较低,得分最低的是紧张劳累程度。村卫生室和乡卫生院卫生技术人员总的满意度无统计学差异,但紧张劳累程度与报酬及社会认同等维度差异有统计学意义。结论提高西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员的工作满意度需要综合考虑不同满意度维度对其产生的影响。Objective This study aimed to analyze the present situation on the job satisfaction of primary health care personnel in West Minority Areas of China, so as to provide references for maintaining the stability and promoting the development of human health in these areas. Methods 255 primary health care workers in West Minority Areas of China were selected by cluster sampling methods for a questionaire survey by questionaires, and some of them were interviewed in depth. Statistical analysis on the level of job satisfaction was performed using the statistical software SPSS. Results Among the indexes of job satisfaction, interpersonal rela- tionship got the highest score, and the score of working environment and managing system ran next. The score of personal career de- velopment was relatively low, and the lowest was the score of workload. No statistically significant difference was observed in the job satisfaction of health care workers from village clinics and township hospitals. However, significant differences in satisfaction of workload, income and social identity between them were observed. Conclusion Factors such as workload, income, personal career development and social identity should be taken into consideration so as to improve job satisfaction of the primary health care work- ers in West Minority Areas of China.
