摘  要:目的通过建立力竭性游泳运动损伤模型,探讨牡蛎提取液对长期训练小鼠免疫系统的调节作用。方法实验小鼠30只,分为安静对照组、运动训练组、运动给药组,每组10只。运动给药组小鼠灌服剂量为15 g/(kg·d)牡蛎提取液,其他两小组按质量灌服相应体积的生理盐水,共20 d。运动训练组、运动给药组进行隔天1次力竭游泳训练。最后1次力竭后,即刻测定小鼠各组血溶菌酶、ACP及胸腺、脾脏组织中MDA、GSH-PX、SOD、CAT。结果运动训练组与安静对照组相比,溶菌酶显著降低(P<0.05),ACP活性升高(P<0.05),脾脏、胸腺组织中MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05),GSH-Px、SOD、CAT均显著降低(P<0.05);运动给药组与运动训练组相比,溶菌酶显著升高(P<0.05),ACP活性降低(P<0.05),脾脏、胸腺组织中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),GSH-Px、SOD、CAT均显著升高(P<0.05)。运动给药组与安静对照组相比,溶菌酶含量显著降低(P<0.05),ACP活性略低(P>0.05),脾脏组织中MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05),GSH-Px、SOD、CAT略低(P>0.05),胸腺组织中MDA含量、SOD、CAT均略低(P>0.05),GSH-Px活性略高(P>0.05)。结论牡蛎提取液能提高力竭训练小鼠的造血功能和循环功能,促进血液中溶菌酶的再生与合成,降低ACP活性。提高小鼠胸腺、脾脏组织中抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量。提示牡蛎提取液对力竭训练小鼠的免疫系统有正向调节作用。Objective Based on the establishment of exhaustive swimming injury model, this study was aim to discuss the im- munomodulatory effect of oyster extracts on exhaustive training in rat. Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into sedentary control group, trained group, and dosage plus trained group. All three groups contained ten rats. The rats in dosage plus trained group were fed with oyster extracts with a dosage of 15g/kg/d for 20 days, meanwhile, the other two groups were given corresponding normal saline for 20 days. Rats in trained group and dosage plus trained groups were subjected to exhaustive swimming training ev- ery other day. For each group, all the indexes such as serum lysozyme level, ACP activity, levels of MDA in thymus and spleen, and GSH-PX, SOD, and CAT activities were all measured after the last exhaustive training. Results When comparing the trained group with the sedentary control group, serum lysozyme level was significantly decreased (P〈0.05) ; ACP activity was increased (P〈0.05) ; and in the thymus and spleen, the MDA level was significantly increased (P〈0.05), while the GSH-PX, SOD, and CAT activities were obviously decreased (P〈0.05). When comparing the dosage plus trained group with the trained group, serum lysozyme level was significantly increased (P〈0.05) ; ACP activity was decreased (P〈0.05) ; and in the thymus and spleen, the MDA level was signifi- candy decreased (P〈0.05), while the GSH-PX, SOD, and CAT activities were greatly increased (P〈O.05).
