摘 要:目的了解医学生职业生涯规划的认知、态度和行为现状。方法利用整群随机抽样方法,选择辽宁省某医学院1 250名4年级学生进行横断面问卷调查。数据使用SPSS11.0进行分析。结果 84.7%的医学生认为职业生涯规划十分重要,但是有40.3%的医学生没有明确的职业定位,80.2%的医学生不了解职业生涯规划的具体步骤与方法。68.2%的医学生通过报纸、网络学习职业生涯规划知识,62.2%的医学生通过自己思考、查阅资料解决面对的就业困惑。不同专业满意度和认为就业形势的医学生在职业生涯规划认知与行为方面的表现具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论医学生能够充分认识职业生涯规划的重要性,但认知水平有待提高。在了解职业生涯规划知识和解决就业困惑时,自己思考、咨询家长和朋友成为排在前3位的选择对象。不同专业满意度和认为的就业形势对医学生职业生涯规划认知和行为表现有影响。Objective To investigate the medical students'cognition, attitude and behavior of career planning. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 1 250 fourth-grade students in a medical sctlool in Liaoning province who were selected by cluster sampling. SPSS11.0 was used to analyze the data. Resallts Among the investigated medical students, 84.7% think career planning is very important, however, 40.3% have no clear career orientation, and 80.2% know little about the specific steps and methods of career planning. 68.2% obtain the career planning knowledge through newspapers and network, while 62.2% solve the confusion of employment through self-thinking and consulting related information. The ca- reer planning cognitive and behavioral performance exibited a statistically difference between different professional medical students with different satisfaction and employment situation (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Medical students can fully understand the importance of career planning, but their cognitive is still inadequate. Self-thinking, consulting parents and friends are the most frequently used choices most frequently in obtaining career planning knowledge and solving employment confusion. Professional satisfaction and employment situation can affect the medical students' cognition and behavior of career planning.
