摘　　要：目的研究P21基因rs3176352位点多态性与东北地区汉族女性子宫内膜癌之间的关系。方法通过测序及限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链反应方法，对263例子宫内膜癌患者及315例健康人外周血DNA的P21基因rs3176352位点进行基因型分型。结果rs3176352位点c等位基因频率在病例组与对照组中无显著差异（P=0．492）。rs3176352位点CC基因型频率在病例组和对照组中分别为0．114和0．098。多因素logistic回归分析提示，cc基因型与GG基因型相比，患子宫内膜癌的风险无明显增加（OR=1．226，95％CI：0．698～2．153，P=0．479），经校正后仍无显著差异（P=0．406）。并且rs3176352位点不同基因型与子宫内膜癌分化程度无明显联系（P=0．743）。结论在东北地区汉族女性中。P21基因rs3176352位点的多态性与子宫内膜癌的发生风险无明显关联。Objective To determine if there is an association between P21 rs3176352 polymorphisms and endometrial cancer in Han women from Northeast China. Methods Genotyping of rs3176352 in the P21 gene was performed by PCR-restricfion fragment length polymorphism （PCR- RFLP） of peripheral blood samples in 263 endometrial cancer patients and 315 healthy subjects. Results C allele frequencies of rs3176352 were not significantly different between patients and controls （P =0.492）. The CC genotype frequencies of rs3176352 were 0.114 and 0.098, respectively. In regression analysis, CC genotype did not significantly increase the risk of endometrial cancer （ OR =1.226,95% CI ： 0.698-2.153, P =0.479）. Af- ter corrected, there were no significant differences either （P =0.406）. Genotypes frequencies of rs3176352 were not associated with differentiations of endometrial cancer （P =0.743 ）. Condcluslon Our study demonstrates that in Hart women from Northeast China, rs3176352 polymorphism of P21 gene was not associated with the risk of endometrial cancer.
