摘  要:基于一台燃用生物柴油BD20的发动机开展台架试验,利用EEPS粒径谱仪研究了发动机无后处理装置及使用DOC、DOC+PO(:和DOC+CDPF等后处理装置时排气颗粒物数量和粒径分布等排放特性。研究结果表明:DOC主要可降低粒径30~50nm的细小颗粒物数量,POC在DOC的基础上可进一步降低细小颗粒物数量,但对粒径较大颗粒物数量的控制作用不强,CDPF可明显降低粒径大于10nm的颗粒物的数量;DOC、DOC+POC和DOC+CDPF均降低了总颗粒物数量排放,对颗粒物数量的转化率分别为5%~35%、15%~35%和80%~99%,其中POC和CDPF所分担的转化率分别为5%~25%和55%~95%,采用CDPF是全面高效降低生物柴油发动机颗粒物数量排放的后处理技术手段。In the test bench, particle emission characteristics of a diesel engine equipped with DOC, DOC+ POC, DOC + CDPF and without any after-treatment when delivered with biodiesel BD20 were investigated respectively. Results show that DOC, DOC +POC and DOC +CDPF all reduce particle emissions. DOC and POC mainly reduce particle number of diameter smaller than 30~50 nm, the latter is more effective than the former for particle of the size range but its effect is not obvious for larger particles. CDPF reduced evidently particle number of diameter larger than 10 nm, reduction rate of DOC, DOC+POC and DOCq-CDPF are 5%- 35%, 15% - 35% and 80%- 99% respectively, of which contribution rates of POC and CDPF are 5%-25% and 55%-95%. The CDPF is considered as a comprehensive and effective after-treatment device of particle emission control for biodiesel engine.
