摘 要:建立了国-Ⅴ柴油机活塞、活塞销、连杆和缸套等的有限元模型;利用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS分别计算了该柴油机活塞在最大热负荷工况下的温度场和热机耦合工况下的变形和应力,确定了活塞的最大热负荷区和最大应力区,并对活塞和缸套的接触应力进行了分析。模拟结果表明:活塞喉口部位承受最大热负荷,其温度为321.6℃,低于活塞材料的极限温度;在热机耦合工况下活塞裙部的最大应力为58MPa、最大变形为0.1mm,都在可接受范围之内;同时,活塞与缸套的最大接触应力为29.4MPa,在许用应力范围内。通过上述对国-Ⅴ柴油机活塞强度及变形的分析,可以判定此活塞结构能够满足设计要求。The finite element model of engine piston,piston pin,connecting rod and cylinder liner for a China-V diesel engine was established and used to calculate piston temperature field in the max. thermal condition and piston deformation and stress under thermo-mechanical coupled conditions by means of the non- linear finite element software ABAQUS, and based on this further to determine the max. temperature and stress areas in the piston and analysis contact pressure between piston and cylinder liner. Simulation results show that the max. thermal load appears in piston bowl lip area,its temperature reaches 321.6℃, the max. piston skirt deformation is 0. 1 mm and its max. stress is 58 MPa, they are all acceptable; contact pressure between piston and cylinder liner is 29.4 MPa, within the range of allowable stress. It is concluded that the piston structure reaches the design requirements.
