摘 要:通过计算缸内工作过程、缸套壁面温度和缸内机油消耗,建立了缸内机油消耗数值仿真模型,并通过高原模拟台架性能试验和柴油机机油消耗试验,对模型进行了验证,结果表明模型计算的最大误差不大于7%。计算分析了不同海拔高度下的缸内机油消耗,计算结果表明:随着海拔的升高缸内机油消耗量增加,在标定工况下,缸内机电消耗量在海拔4500m时比海拔100m时增加20.9%。Lubricating oil consumption is considered as a index to estimate diesel engine technical state as well as economy and reliability, but increasing thermal loading would make in-cylinder lubricating oil consumption higher when engine operates in high altitude environment.
